Q – What is the best way to get in touch if I want to make a booking?
A – By phone if a new client; any of the above if you’ve been before. Always leave a message and your call will be returned asap.
Arriving for treatments
Q – Do I need to arrive early for a treatment?
A – For the first visit it is a good idea to arrive about 10 mins early to complete both Consultation and Record Forms required prior to your treatment/s.
However, if you have previously visited, and are having the same treatment again, arriving on time is fine. If having a different treatment the relevant consultation form will need to be completed (which doesn’t take long).
Q – What if I arrive very early for my treatment, i.e. 30mins?
A – As B2B is a home treatment room, there isn’t any space for you to wait. It is, therefore, advisable to either wait in your car, or go for a walk/refreshment at the Puffin Billy & Tarka trail nearby. 5/10 mins early though is usually fine.
Q – I would like a home/mobile visit, how do I go about this?
A – Get in touch (see “How can I get in touch” at the top) with the following information:-
– Your name and full address (incl postcode)
– Preferred date/s
– Treatments required
– Any special information, i.e. no parking outside property / long driveway / specific directions to help find the property easily
Q – How much does it cost for a mobile booking?
A – Within a 10 miles radius of B2B the mobile cost is £15; if further a fee will be worked out based on distance, length of time to travel, treatment/s etc. plus, of course, the cost of the treatment/s.
Q – How can I purchase a Gift Voucher?
A – Either a Voucher can be posted to you to give, or posted direct to the recipient (both 2nd class). Alternatively, an e-Gift-Voucher can be e-mailed to you.
You need to provide the recipient’s name, the amount you wish to spend, together with your name and address to post the voucher / for accounting purposes (or the recipient’s address if posting direct to them). Payment would be via bank transfer. Once funds are received the Voucher is then sent.
Paying for treatments
Q – How can I pay for my treatments? Do you take credit cards?
A – We do not take cards. Payment is by cash, cheque or (most popular) via bank transfer. If paying via bank transfer, payment is made 24 hours prior to treatment to ensure cleared funds are received.
Q – I want to make an enquiry about a pamper party / hen / anniversary / large group booking at a venue. How do I go about this?
A – Please e-mail or phone with the following information:-
• The date of the party.
• The number of ladies having treatments.
• Where your venue is (address with postcode).
• Your contact details – phone No and address.
Sarah can then discuss availability, your requirements, quote for mileage and answer any queries you may have.
Please note, a deposit of £10 per person is required to secure a booking and before any 2nd therapist (if needed) can be booked. The deposit is payable via bank transfer and the balance due 2 days prior to the party, again, by bank transfer.
Q – Are there any other charges
A – Yes, please note a mobile fee of £15 within a 10 mile radius of B2B is charged; if further than 10 miles a fee will be worked out based on distance, time taken to travel, number of therapists and treatments. This is usually a manageable amount and can be split between all ladies in the group.
Q – Do I need to bring anything with me to a pedicure?
A – If you are having nail polish applied it is recommended to bring a pair of flip flops so you don’t smudge your polish. Some are available to purchase (for a small amount) if you wish.
Manicure & Pedicure
Please remove all existing polish before coming to your treatment/s. If not, you may be charged as it takes additional time and products.
Please note B2B does not apply or remove gel nail polish.
Facials & Massages
Please come make-up and jewellery free.
Please note a patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to treatment.
